Purpose of the Role

Assist the Product Manager in daily retail operational tasks and projects for Givenchy Beauty.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy Beauty marketing plan in the UK and Eire, including AOG, GWP & sample management, monthly retailer allocation, product & POSM orders, in‑store and retailer eventing, GWP & sample repacks, new store openings, promotional site requirements, raising POs, and bi‑monthly budget reconciliation.
  • Follow up on day‑to‑day field needs and liaise with the Sales & Training departments and trade marketing plan requests.
  • Develop and produce retailer‑specific marketing material in line with Product Manager guidelines and budget; update new launch information & imagery on the Aurora platform.
  • Complete two store visits per month, update the monthly tracker with key competitor activations, perform NPD market analysis regularly, and compile POSM forecasts including yearly GWP & AOG forecast.
  • Act as the EFAST platform owner, managing forecast uploads, modifications, and exchange book requests.
  • Track leftover POSM & saleable items, analyze files, liaise with the supply team on discrepancies and global stock, and compare to the budget tracker.
  • Share weekly internal logistics updates with the Marketing team, monthly product catalogue shares, compile quarterly action sheets, and brief the Retail Performance Manager on monthly allocations, liaising with CS, supply and other teams on out‑of‑stock, delays and quota issues.
  • Contribute to creative idea generation within the department, assist with internal and external marketing presentations, and provide PR support on relevant events.

Profile

University‑educated. Previous experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in luxury goods retail or FMCG. Inherent interest in the beauty industry. Available for 1 year.
