Job Responsibilities
- Main Responsibilities - Sales
- Pro-actively sell Parfums Givenchy products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, as set by your line manager.
- Pro-actively link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU).
- KPI: Sales Target - To achieve sales targets.
- Main Responsibilities - Service
- Be knowledgeable on all Parfums Givenchy products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections.
- Demonstrate products on clients by means of flash make-overs and confidently explain the benefits of each product.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic stopping.
- Identify, understand and reformulate the client needs.
- Develop personal relationships with clients and gain loyalty.
- Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and the brand.
- KPI: Mystery Shopping - To achieve target for Mystery Shopping.
- Main Responsibilities - General
- Participate in merchandise management and ensure that it is in line with Corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, report any issues to the Counter Manager and ensure that there are sufficient levels.
- Conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Be a Parfums Givenchy brand ambassador and representative at all times.
- Adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team.

- Internal: Counter team, Area Managers, Retail Managers, RMA’s.
- External: Parfums Givenchy clients, Department store colleagues, Department store managers, Department store HR Departments.

- Able to demonstrate cosmetics and make-up application knowledge, and through excellent communication skills, identify key items that would suit customers’ needs.
