  • POSITION: FRAGRANCE & BEAUTY MARKETING INTERN

  • PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Assist the Product Manager in daily retail operational tasks and projects to drive the growth of the brand in make-up, skincare, and fragrances.

  • MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Marketing strategy implementation
  • Assist in the operational implementation of the Givenchy marketing plan UK / Eire.

This includes but not limited to; launch & eventing support including briefing external agencies & managing review process on all artwork & production needs, engraving & calligraphy execution including managing field & commercial team eventing requests.

  • Contribute to the generation of creative ideas within the department.
  • Communications & Presentations
  • Weekly check of La Beauty Box on Monday morning, download new assets & documents with email to team to communicate updates.
  • Creation of team communications on specific projects, e. g. bi-monthly gazettes, retail communications, engraving & artist packs for stores, launch memos for big launches.
  • Compilation of quarterly sales presenter to share with Area Managers & Customer Service teams.
  • Support on room set-up for strategy meetings & conference in collaboration with vm team and arrange retailer gifting for meetings.
  • Ad hoc support on presentation slides for retailer strategy meetings, other internal & external presentations
  • Budget
  • Monitor expenditure and reconciliation of internal systems.
  • Ensure the media & free-product budgets are rigorously kept up to date.
  • Alternate monthly actuals with Marketing Operations Intern.
  • Trade and field-force
  • Main point of contact for the field and sales team on all operational elements and on basic product information (sizes / pricing / packshots).
  • Follow up day to day needs from the field and liaison with the Sales & Training departments.
  • Follow up on various Trade requests, in line with trade marketing plan.
  • Place all product/POSM orders incl. cupboard orders, pre-series, site support, retailer activations, agency send-outs.
  • Act as key contact with Customer Service to track deliveries, monitor any OOS, etc.
  • Support the activation of local events.
  • Marketing Material
  • Responsible for development and production of retailer specific marketing material, in line with Product Managers guidelines and budget.
  • Analysis and reporting
  • Launch reports including actual performance, monitoring vs target and recommendations.
  • Complete two store visits per month to track competition, keep monthly tracker updated with key competitor 360 info.
  • Lead & work with other departments on timely completion of launch reports.
  • In charge of getting qualitative field feedback on new launches.
