Givenchy, part of the LVMH group, are looking for a dynamic, driven and reliable Account Manager/Fragrance Ambassador to join our team. We are extremely passionate about our Heritage and products. Our ambassadors ensure our customers always receive the highest level of customer service and are trained to offer the very best expertise and knowledge within the fragrance/Beauty industry. Responsibilities
- To maximise profitability from the counter through the successful implementation of business plans, product launches and offering the provision of the highest standard of customer service and care.
- Self motivated and willing to work alone and as part of a team you will understand the Givenchy brand direction and objectives, driving yourself to realise your full potential.
Person Specification
- Effective communicator. Can explain specialist product information across all levels in meetings, one to ones, customer consultations and communications.
- IT literate, able to use various forms of technology to report and record both sales and customers.
- Able to implement the Relational Signature in full daily, to ensure we are giving the highest level of service, and reach our brand goals.
- Able to establish and build rapport with key counter managers/department managers/area managers and HO team.
- Influence and negotiate extra trading opportunities within stores.
- Manages own time to meet HO and self proposed targets, develop business plans to ensure specific launches/events drive sales.
- Regularly reviews progress of counter and searches for new/innovate ways to drive sales.
- Can demonstrate an awareness of external factors on counter performance and can react accordingly.
- Groomed in line with company guidelines.
