This position is responsible for managing standardized finance processes, systems, and tools, while supporting treasury and cash management activities across multiple Maisons and markets. This role ensures efficient and well-controlled end-to-end workflows across finance operations, and supports liquidity management, banking coordination, and process improvements. As an individual contributor, the role partners closely with Finance & Accounting, AP/AR teams, and business stakeholders to drive consistency, efficiency, and financial control.

Role & Responsibilities

  • BPO Processes, Systems & Tools
    • Own and manage Finance BPO processes, including systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP and ESKER), ensuring effective execution and standardization across teams.
    • Ensure end-to-end process efficiency, data accuracy, and consistency across finance workflows.
    • Monitor and review process outputs, ensuring quality, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
    • Act as the key point of contact for process and system-related matters across Finance teams, including managing system access for company members and overseeing updates to the Delegation of Authority.
    • Support onboarding, transition, and stabilization of new processes.
  • Treasury & Cash Management
    • Support daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, bank balances monitoring, and liquidity management.
    • Coordinate payments, funding requirements, and intercompany cash movements across entities.
    • Monitor cash flow and highlight potential risks or shortfalls.
    • Support preparation of cash flow forecasts in collaboration with various teams.
  • Banking & Controls
    • Manage relationships with banking partners, including account maintenance, mandates, and documentation.
    • Oversee changes to bank authorized signatories, ensuring proper approvals and compliance.
    • Ensure completion of KYC requirements and maintain up-to-date banking records.
    • Ensure proper controls over bank access, payment approvals, and treasury activities.
    • Manage bank guarantees and related documentation.
    • Maintain compliance with internal policies, audit, and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
  • Process Improvement & Systems
    • Identify and implement improvements in BPO processes, treasury operations, and controls.
    • Support implementation and optimization of ERP systems, banking platforms, and finance tools.
    • Improve visibility and reporting on transaction flows, cash, and process performance.
    • Develop tools for improved financial reporting and transparency.
  • Stakeholder Coordination
    • Collaborate with Finance & Accounting, AP/AR teams, FP&A, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth finance operations.
    • Provide guidance on process standards, system usage, and operational best practices.
    • Provide insights on process efficiency, operational risks, and cash management.
    • Escalate risks, issues, or control gaps where necessary.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Support finance transformation initiatives, including process migration and system enhancements.
    • Participate in ad hoc projects related to treasury, operations, and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance operations, treasury, or shared services / BPO environments.
  • Good understanding of various finance process and operations in a multi-entity environment.
  • Experience in treasury operations, including cash management, banking, and payments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems and banking platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
