Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Venture Capital - Associate / Sr. Associate. After a 3‑month contract period with excellent performance, we intend to hire the individual as a Full‑Time team member. Associates / Sr. Associates at LvlUp Ventures go well beyond simply screening deals and conducting diligence. You will be tasked with helping lead strategy and operations for funds & programs, creating and executing on novel ideas in relation to sourcing/deal flow and more, and supporting on the growth of partnerships. As part of that, you will also support on market analysis, and due diligence for potential investment opportunities.
Responsibilities include evaluating business models, creating financial models, preparing investment memos, and providing portfolio support. The candidate will also develop relationships with entrepreneurs, manage stakeholder engagement, and assist in the creation of strategic initiatives.
