A well-established, family-owned general contractor based on the South Shore of Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. With over 70 years of delivering excellence in site development, building construction, and complex public infrastructure projects, the company is committed to making a significant impact on the communities they serve.

The ideal candidate will be a driven professional who values integrity, hard work, and team impact, with a desire to lead meaningful projects that shape the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness
• Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery
• Manage budgets, schedules, and oversee on-site performance
• General Building Development
• Parks and Recreation Projects
• Athletic Facilities
• Water/Wastewater Infrastructure
• Specialty Construction (including unique or complex builds)
• Operate with the company\’s core values in mind: Integrity, Excellence, Hard Work, Impact, and Empathy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management (GC or CM firm preferred)
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
• Strong understanding of site development, general building, infrastructure, and specialty construction
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering top-quality work with a collaborative approach
