About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at Phaidon International, you play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top‑tier candidates for clients across the energy and infrastructure industry. By leveraging market insights and a consultative approach, you help drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships, contributing directly to the firm's global reputation for delivering high‑impact talent solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Build your Client Base: Proactively reach out to companies to pitch your services and represent the business. Help them find the right talent by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long‑term partnerships.
