Our client is seeking to appoint a Partner within their Disputes & Investigations practice. This is a strategic hire aimed at strengthening their market-leading offering in complex disputes, investigations, and damages assessment.

As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering exceptional client outcomes. You will lead high-profile engagements involving complex commercial disputes, forensic investigations, and expert witness services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the future of the practice and expanding its footprint across key sectors.

Key Requirements

  • Currently operating at Partner level or as a Director with a clear trajectory to Partnership.
  • Proven ability to originate and deliver revenue of at least £1M annually through your own network and business development initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in complex disputes, investigations, and damages quantification, with a strong track record of advising clients in contentious matters.
  • Established reputation in the market, with demonstrable leadership and team development capabilities.
