Overview: An established and growing architecture and design firm is seeking a licensed Project Architect to join its expanding team.

This individual will play a key role in leading projects from design through construction, mentoring junior staff, and helping strengthen the firm's architectural leadership bench.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects through all phases, from conceptual design through construction administration
  • Develop and coordinate drawing sets, specifications, and technical documentation
  • Ensure project quality, code compliance, and adherence to firm standards
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project teams
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee project delivery efforts
  • Review drawings and project documentation for technical accuracy and quality control
  • Participate in construction administration activities, including RFIs, submittals, site observations, and contractor coordination
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, providing technical leadership and professional development support
