I'm looking for an exceptional freelance website designer to collaborate with me on upcoming projects. This is a hybrid role and will require both remote work and certain days working in an office in Farringdon. This is not an agency role.
The Project:
- Complete website rebuild (Webflow only)
- Ongoing sales funnels
- High-end UI and UX design and development from the ground up
- Conversion-focused page builds
- Ongoing updates, optimisation, and iteration
- Supporting content creation across the website and related platforms
This is not a purely visual project. The site must perform, convert, and support real business goals, with strong UI quality and clear UX logic throughout.
What I am looking for:
- You should be an individual, senior-level Webflow designer who cares deeply about UI quality, UX clarity, and detail.
- You must be able to:
- Build exceptionally high-standard websites and funnels in Webflow
- Design clean, premium UI with strong layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy
- Apply clear UX thinking to page structure, navigation, and flow
- Translate ideas, strategy, and direction into conversion-led pages
- Think beyond layout and aesthetics to how users move through the site
- Understand user journeys, funnels, and on-page conversion principles
- Collaborate closely with me on structure, flow, and messaging
- Deliver reliably and hit deadlines without hand-holding
- Work independently but also comfortably side-by-side in person when needed
Technical & Marketing Requirements:
- Strong Webflow expertise (clean structure, CMS usage, performance optimisation)
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices (site structure, page speed, on-page SEO)
- Experience building marketing-led and commercial websites
- Confident working with:
- Forms and lead capture
- CRM integrations
- Salesforce integration experience is essential
- Awareness of analytics, tracking, and conversion measurement
- Ability to build scalable, maintainable pages, not one-off designs
Bonus Skills:
- Motion design or animation where appropriate
- Micro-interactions only where they genuinely improve UX and clarity, without impacting performance
- Experience working with CRO or A/B testing frameworks
Important Notes:
- This role is for individual freelancers only (no agencies)
- Hybrid London availability is non-negotiable
- Quality, thinking, and execution matter more than speed
How to Apply:
If this sounds like you, drop me a message with:
- A link to your Webflow portfolio
- Examples of commercial or conversion-focused websites
- A brief note on your experience with SEO and CRM integrations
