As a Press Brake Service Engineer, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and technical support of our Press Brake machines in the field. You play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service, technical expertise, and professional communication. You act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to our customers, representing the LVD brand at all times and contributing to long‑term customer relationships.
Your responsibilities:
- Install and commission Press Brake machines at customer sites
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on Press Brake equipment
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and provide effective solutions
- Deliver technical training to customers on the operation and maintenance of Press Brakes
- Communicate effectively with the Service Manager to ensure customer expectations are met
- Report technical issues and customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
