As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you’ll play a key role in sourcing the best talent for a variety of roles across the business. Partnering with hiring managers, you’ll understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. This will include all recruitment related activities, from job brief through to offer.
Importantly, you’ll deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience that reflects the LV= values. You’ll provide professional guidance and support for all recruitment activities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within the business.

About You
You’ll be customer focused and will have proven experience of the full recruitment lifecycle. Confident and credible from the word go, you’ll have a real talent for building strong working relationships at all levels across the organisation. You’ll be used to working with applicant tracking systems and will have the ability to work to tight timescales.
You’ll have:
• Proven experience in a recruitment role within a corporate organisation. Ideally, you’ll have experience of working within a regulated environment.
• The ability to manage a high number of vacancies across various departments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach with a focus on quality and results
• Experience using ATS or recruitment platforms
• Previous experience of developing talent pipelines through proactive headhunting, networking and use of recruitment tech.

The Details
• Responsible for managing the end to-end talent acquisition process for specific recruitment campaigns, attracting appropriately skilled talent in line with business requirements and in support of wider talent acquisition strategies
• Responsible for building talent pools for key talent areas / roles
• Working alongside the wider People team and key stakeholders, to build appropriate assessment and selection approaches to support effective TA delivery
• Utilise appropriate methods/tools to support direct candidate attraction methods, including where necessary working alongside key 3rd party suppliers
• Contribute towards the development of the Employee Value Proposition approach within critical talent areas
• Ensuring complete accuracy and integrity of all job adverts, role profiles and also across the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Championing all Recruitment, People and ATS system processes with key hiring managers, whilst maintaining and updating daily to ensure MI accuracy
• Supporting the wider People team in delivering strategic initiatives and projects
• Taking ownership of your defined business area, to include providing MI and data to support in building of recruitment campaigns and strategies.
