We are pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity for a B2B Marketing Manager to join our Savings & Retirement business on a fixed-term basis of 12 months. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving and delivering a marketing and communications plan to promote our investment products to external audiences, including financial advisers and consumers.
You’ll play a lead role in creating compelling product stories and will oversee the central coordination of the production of investment materials, literature and communications, working collaboratively with our investment experts, proposition and sales teams, plus external partners. You’ll also work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver creative and innovative marketing campaigns designed to engage and inspire our audiences, utilising all channels across the marketing mix. You’ll ensure all planned activity remains within budget and aligns to plan, maximising commercial value.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a team of 2-3 direct reports and providing leadership for coordinated business as usual (BAU) and planned campaign activities, to support the successful delivery of wider product and sales business objectives.
- Effectively managing key relationships with all relevant internal and external parties (including agencies, networks and media owners).
- Directing and developing the delivery of marketing communications, materials and content.
- Evaluating commercial and reputational value of marketing activity.
- Assessing current market trends, competitor and distributor behaviours and drivers within the market to determine campaign activity and messaging opportunities to develop competitive advantage.
- Ensuring full compliance with LV= policies and standards, and other regulatory and legislative requirements.
- Attending quarterly events and sales events periodically.

- Plan and project-manage effectively, with the ability to deliver key pieces of work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with different stakeholders and coordinate a wide range of tasks to deliver performance.
- Competently work with technical information, with a keen eye for detail.
- Be an excellent storyteller with strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
This role is a Band C in the LV= salary structure.
