LV= is seeking a strategic and commercial Head of Change on a 15-month FTC to lead LV=’s Change function, overseeing prioritisation, governance and delivery of Strategic Investment programmes to achieve time, cost and quality outcomes.
You’ll build a high-performing Change team and embed strong portfolio management across the business.
The role follows a hybrid pattern with regular attendance at our Bournemouth office.
