We have a unique opportunity for Digital Brand Designers to join our dynamic team at LV=. Within this exciting role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping a clear, consistent, and creative visual identity for the LV= brand across our digital channels. With a strong eye for design and a passion for bringing ideas to life, you’ll create high-quality assets for both digital and print that support our campaigns, social media, video, and motion content. As part of the Brand and Communications team, you’ll work closely with Marketing and our creative colleagues to deliver visually engaging, on-brand content that connects with our audiences. This is a brilliant opportunity for a designer who’s confident working in a digital-first environment, and enjoys translating brand guidelines into thoughtful, effective design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and applying visual elements of the brand, including logos, colour palettes, typography and imagery.
  • Designing brand-aligned assets across print and digital formats, including literature, reports, marketing materials, social content, video and animation.
  • Contributing to campaigns and business initiatives by producing compelling, on-brand creative work.
  • Maintaining and championing the use of brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all communications.
  • Acting as a guardian of visual identity, supporting the delivery of design outputs that adhere to business standards.
  • Creating engaging and effective content for digital platforms, including social media, websites and email campaigns.
  • Producing visual content to support digital storytelling and enhance audience engagement.
  • Working closely with the wider Digital Brand Design team, Marketing teams, and other business areas to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Responding to briefs with creative solutions that meet business needs and remain true to the brand identity.
  • Keeping up to date with design trends, tools and techniques, and actively looking for ways to keep the brand fresh, modern, and relevant.
  • Contributing ideas and creative inspiration to help the team evolve and improve its output.

About you

Our ideal candidate will…

  • Have accrued strong experience in designing for both digital and print channels, creating digital assets for social media and websites, emails and traditional print materials, with an understanding of design principles across formats.
  • Possess experience in a Digital Brand Designer or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of high-quality work.
  • Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and other relevant design and animation tools.
  • Have a strong eye for detail, layout and typography, with a passion for brand consistency and accuracy.
  • Be familiar with video editing, motion graphics or animation tools (desirable).
  • Have some knowledge of basic photography and visual content creation.
  • Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Exhibit strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
