We have a wonderful opportunity for a proactive, strategic individual to join our fantastic team as a Brand Manager here at LV=. As a key part of the shared Brand and Communications services team, you’ll manage a team of talented Digital Brand Designers, lead on the digital brand design function, be accountable for protecting, evolving and activating the brand across all touchpoints and communications, and ensure consistency and excellence in brand expression. This role is essential in managing our brand governance, visual identity, and design team leadership, supporting LV=’s commercial ambitions through compelling, aligned work.
Key Responsibilities
- Successfully managing a team of Digital Brand Designers, who will deliver high-quality brand assets in digital and print formats.
- Driving a creative culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Providing clear direction, feedback and mentorship to support your team in their professional development and growth.
- Maintaining and evolving the LV= brand, including guidelines and strategies, and ensuring all communications remain aligned with our agreed principles.
- Leading brand governance externally, and internally leveraging forums, including bi-weekly reviews and monthly Brand Clinics.
- Overseeing the creation and delivery of a wide range of digital brand assets, including campaign collateral, literature, social media content, video and animation, reports, and presentations.
- Ensuring all assets meet brand standards and deliver visual consistency across internal and external channels.
- Acting as final sign-off on all brand work, ensuring design quality and brand integrity.
- Managing design agencies and suppliers, ensuring effective resource planning and agility in response to business demands.
- Briefing, reviewing and approving external creative work, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and overall strategy.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners across disciplines including the wider comms team, marketing, and digital, to ensure brand cohesion in all initiatives.
- Providing brand expertise and consultancy across the business, championing the role of design in driving impact and recognition.
- Keeping up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the team remains efficient and cost-effective.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance brand presence and perception through new formats, platforms or creative techniques.
About you
Our ideal candidate will…
- Have a strong background in digital brand or design leadership.
- Be skilled in delivering brand strategy and governance across digital channels and formats.
- Competently oversee creative work across campaigns, social, video, motion, and presentations, and sign-off your team’s work for completion.
- Have experience in managing external agencies and suppliers, ensuring brand consistency is maintained.
- Understand digital design trends, tools, and best practices as well as print experience.
- Be a creative leader, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing design teams.
- Be proficient in key design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar.
- Be digitally minded, naturally curious about emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies and have a strong sense of brand integrity and consistency.
- Be proactive and solutions-focused – take initiative, anticipate challenges, and find smart, practical solutions.
