LV= is seeking a strategic and commercial Head of Change on a 15-month fixed-term contract to lead LV='s Change function, overseeing the prioritisation, allocation and delivery of Strategic Investment programmes to achieve time, cost and quality outcomes.
You'll strengthen LV's change capability, embedding governance, portfolio management and delivery excellence. The role requires building a high-performing Change team and collaborating with Senior Leaders, with a hybrid pattern.
