We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical individual to join us as a Financial Systems Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

  • Redesign financial systems and processes by analysing current workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing optimised solutions.
  • Represent Finance Systems in project meetings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive change management and best practice governance ensuring structured implementation of system updates and process improvements.
  • Enhance and maintain reporting tools and systems, including full end-to-end testing and validation, providing supporting documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders on system updates, challenges, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with third-party software suppliers to support and improve systems.
  • Define processes, support training, and champion system adoption across LV=.
  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across Finance Systems.
  • Provide BAU support, including issue resolution, user support, training, and documentation.
  • Continuously learn and develop expertise in new systems and tools, creating detailed documentation to share knowledge with the wider team.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience with Finance Systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), SQL, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, BlackLine).
  • Solid accounting knowledge, particularly across MI and planning, with experience producing core financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cost centres).
  • Advanced technical skills, including SQL, PL/SQL, Excel (VBA), and relational databases.
  • Proven ability to drive system improvements, automation, and data-led insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.
  • Knowledge of financial processes and controls, ideally within Financial Services.
  • Experience with integrations, reporting development, and end-to-end system delivery.
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with leadership and mentoring capability.

Desirable

  • P/Q or Qual ACCA/CIMA/AAT
  • Experience with Tagetik, Power Query, SAP Crystal Reports, Azure/Jira, and banking/payment systems.
