We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for numbers. You will support the accounts team in delivering high-quality financial services across the business.
Your responsibilities as our Accounts Assistant will include:
- Analyse revenue and costs at branch level to prepare departmental reports.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly office reports.
- Conduct data analysis to support internal cost controls.
- Process month-end journals, including expenses.
- Contribute to accounts projects and initiatives to enhance business efficiency.
- Additional ad-hoc duties as deemed by business needs.
- At all times remain professional and confidential.
Key qualifications and skills:
- Previous accounts experience is essential.
- Ideally AAT Level 4 qualified or working towards it.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
