Key Responsibilities
- Monitor aircraft hours, cycles, maintenance intervals, and MEL/CDL limitations to ensure compliance with all maintenance requirements.
- Develop recovery plans for reported aircraft defects and operational discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities to optimise maintenance activity in line with operational schedules.
- Manage short, medium, and long-term maintenance planning to support fleet availability and commercial objectives.
- Review maintenance work packages, ensuring all documentation, approvals, certifications, and sign-offs are completed accurately.
- Maintain aircraft maintenance records and historical documentation in accordance with EASA and company requirements.
- Participate in daily operational and maintenance planning meetings.
- Support the assessment and implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and modifications.
- Monitor fleet technical status and coordinate maintenance activities with CAMO, Operations, and maintenance providers.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in accordance with applicable regulations, aircraft maintenance programmes, and approved procedures.
About You
- B1 or B2 Licence, Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance planning and continued airworthiness, ideally within a business aviation, executive, or VIP environment.
- Strong working knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M, Part-145 and Part-21 requirements, with experience supporting maintenance planning, airworthiness management, materials, logistics, and parts coordination.
- Highly organised with excellent planning, prioritisation, record-keeping, and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; CAMP experience, CAMO/Part-145 training, aircraft technical courses, and aviation regulations training would be advantageous.
