Cnc Programmer Setter Operator in Brackley

Luzzo Bespoke are a niche engineering business supplying low volume, high value products to luxury and hyper car manufacturers and high end lifestyle brands. We are seeking an experienced Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our team based at Brackley. What you can expect working at Luzzo: * Flexible working hours including 4 day week * Huge variety of interesting work and materials * Support to develop you skills * Good team environment * Using a range of modern machining centres from DMG,GF and HAAS What we are looking for: * A self starter hard working individual, happy to work with minimal supervision. * 5+ Years experience of the following: * Using CAM software, ideally GIbbsCAM/Hypermill * Selection of appropriate machining strategy and tooling (type and geometry) * Experience setting and operating 3 Axis HAAS (HAAS Control) and 5 Axis GF Machining centres (Heidenhain Control) * Using manual tools * Comfortable with carrying out preventative maintenance procedures e.g Coolant Management * Able to read engineering drawings and interrogate CAD models * Use of basic measurement equipment (e.g. height gauges, bore mics etc.)
