We are looking for a talented and conceptual Mid Weight Designer to bolster our Content team. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will support content optimisation projects for multiple high-profile clients across marketplaces (primarily Amazon) and manage design projects as needed. You will work alongside our Content team, other designers, and copywriters to produce assets for e-commerce from concept through to final artwork, contributing to the growth of the Luzern Group's Content offering. You'll be proactive, well-organised, and capable of problem solving design issues both independently and collaboratively, while handling tight deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms, from concept to final artwork
- Translate client briefs into engaging, on-brand visual content
- Manage your own workload and prioritise effectively across multiple projects
- Collaborate with the Content Manager and team to deliver high-quality, timely work
- Communicate design ideas and feedback clearly to internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across all outputs
- Proactively identify issues or dependencies and raise them early
- Stay current with design trends, marketplace standards, and UX best practices
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers or freelancers
- Conduct or support training sessions in Adobe Creative Suite for the team
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience designing for Amazon (e.g. A+ content, Storefronts, PDP imagery)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential due to briefs and client communication
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3 yrs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience producing content for digital or e-commerce platforms
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- High attention to visual detail, layout, and brand alignment
- Proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Collaborative team player, yet self-sufficient in execution
