Core Pillars: Strategic Insight, Analytics, Consultancy, New Business

Deliver ongoing strategic insights for key clients. Support delivery of Luzern Consultancy projects supported by Luzern subject experts and the strategy lead. Conduct category, brand & consumer reviews using proprietary data, technology, and 3P tools; analyze brand performance and review competitors to provide context. Become a Luzern Compass expert, supporting internal teams and key clients with insights pulled directly from our tool. Become an Amazon Marketing Cloud expert, particularly with insights generated by the AMC section in Luzern Compass. Occasionally collaborate on New Business pitches, supporting strategic analysis & narrative.

Requirements

  • Strong foundational background through either professional or graduate experience in analytics (minimum 1 year).
  • Ability to review activity across retail, advertising and other aspects of clients' accounts and recognize the impact of efforts.
  • Ability to interpret data and draw appropriate insights and actions and present these in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to develop and build on existing processes whilst working on projects.
  • Able to work with all levels within an organisation.
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape and ecosystem.
  • Capable of working independently to deliver objectives.
  • Desire to lead & develop client relationships.
  • Able to understand client needs and translate these into appropriate data sets, analysis and outcomes.
  • Track record of delivering and impacting growth.
  • Team player who can collaborate with, lead, organise and motivate a diverse group.
