LUYA is a PR agency specialising in media relations, influencer engagement, social media and events, with a focus on multi-site businesses and brands rolling out across the UK and beyond. We work across retail, property, leisure, hospitality and tourism.

You'll be working across recognisable, multi-site brands in hotels, property and hospitality, with real ownership over how influencer marketing is done for them. We're also growing fast in place-making and tourism, where influencer engagement plays a huge role in putting destinations and locations on the map.

This is genuinely exciting territory if you love travel, culture and place as much as brand. Things move quickly here, campaigns turn around fast and no two weeks look the same. We're a small, close-knit team, so your work is visible and your ideas genuinely shape how campaigns come together. Progression here isn't vague; we monitor development and review the team regularly, so growth is a real, ongoing conversation.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Influencer & Campaigns Executive to lead our influencer engagement offering and support integrated campaign delivery across the agency. You'll live and breathe the influencer landscape, spotting the right talent, building relationships that last and turning campaign concepts into activity that actually lands, on time and on brief.

Influencer Engagement

  • Identifying the right talent and building targeted influencer lists aligned to each campaign's goals
  • Managing outreach, negotiation, gifting, briefs and contracts from first contact through to delivery
  • Managing influencer budgets and negotiating deals to secure the right partnerships at the right value
  • Building and maintaining ongoing influencer relationships that clients can keep coming back to

Campaign Delivery

  • Supporting integrated campaigns across our hotel, property, hospitality and tourism/place-making clients, working closely with the wider account and campaigns team
  • Bringing creative ideas and input to campaign proposals and pitches
  • Turning campaign concepts into deliverable plans, timelines and activity
  • Coordinating content, events and activations that bring campaigns to life

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Tracking and reporting on influencer and campaign results; reach, engagement, coverage
  • Drawing out what's working (and what isn't) to sharpen future activity and client recommendations

Working as Part of the Team

  • Working closely with our PR, social and events colleagues to land joined-up, integrated activity across every account
  • Supporting media outreach when needed and understanding PR fundamentals well enough to see a campaign's requirements from every angle
  • Keeping timelines and client expectations on track and flagging risks early rather than letting them build
  • Using tools like Asana, Response Source and Canva to keep everything visible and on track across the team

You will also have the shared support of a PR Assistant.

About You

  • Agency-side experience in influencer engagement and integrated campaigns, with demonstrable results
  • Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and how to manage those relationships (and budgets) well
  • Genuinely creative: full of ideas, culturally switched on, always across what's trending next
  • Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail even when things move fast
  • Positive and solutions-focused: you bring energy to a challenge rather than a problem to a meeting
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adaptable when priorities shift

What You'll Get

  • 28 days holiday, plus an additional office closure between Christmas and New Year
  • Early finish at 4pm on Fridays
  • Mac laptop provided
  • Remote-first working, with team days in Manchester and London to stay connected
  • Regular reviews with real progression opportunities as the team grows

More Info

Full-time, remote-based within the UK. Start date: as soon as possible. Pay in range of £26,000–£30,000, depending on experience.
