We are working with a London-based luxury retailer renowned for its carefully curated collections and iconic British heritage. With continued investment in its private label offering, the business is now looking for a talented designer to join the homeware and seasonal team.
The Role :
- Design across a wide range of home and seasonal categories, including decorations, mugs, and giftable items.
- Provide creative direction while ensuring alignment with brand identity and luxury taste level.
- Collaborate closely with buyers and track progress across the critical path.
- Manage one Assistant Designer and act as the Buying Manager’s right hand.
- Communicate effectively with international factories and production partners.
- Work at pace with autonomy, pushing back where needed while staying commercially grounded.
The Candidate :
- A strong junior or assistant designer ready to step up, or an experienced designer with relevant product experience.
- Creative and conceptually strong with a sharp eye for luxury homeware and gifting aesthetics.
- Commercially aware and confident managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
