Whitbarrow Village is entering a brand-new chapter – and we’re looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to help shape the look and feel of our luxury resort. With beautifully designed lodges, leisure facilities, and landscaped grounds, this is your chance to make a lasting impact on a place where guests come to relax, recharge, and create memories. If you’ve got 1+ years’ experience and a keen eye for detail, we’d love you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out painting and decorating across lodges, communal areas, and resort facilities to a high standard.
- Prepare surfaces, including sanding, filling, and priming.
- Apply finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray techniques where appropriate.
- Maintain a safe, tidy workspace and comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time.
- Ensure resort interiors and exteriors reflect our luxury brand standards.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- At least 1 year’s experience in painting & decorating (apprenticeship or trade qualifications desirable).
- A strong eye for detail and pride in producing quality finishes.
- Ability to work efficiently, managing own tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to support a variety of projects across the resort.
