Role: Sous Chef
Salary: 34,000 – 37,000 per annum (depending on experience and to be discussed at interview)
Hours: 40 hours (Full Time), including weekends and bank holidays.
We\’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at Dylan Coastal Resort where your input, talent and ideas will be always considered and valued. We are looking for individual who is a team player, versatile and open minded. You will want to grow and develop within our team, communicating and having a key role in the creative process within our main open show kitchen.
Our team is small, friendly and we work well together in a close environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in this role as this is essential.
Live-in accommodation considered.
Driving licence essential due to location.
Food hygiene certificates required.
