Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to help run our venues smoothly on a 3 x 10 hour night shift pattern (9:30pm–9:00am). You will deliver outstanding customer service while stepping up to supervisory duties when required, earning an enhanced hourly rate.
You’ll welcome players, promote offers and events, handle cash, serve refreshments, assist with opening/closing, and supervise the team as needed, ensuring compliance with Challenge 25 and gambling legislation.
