Position: Learning and Development Business Partner
Contracted Hours: 40 hours per week – Maternity Cover Position
Location: Field Based with office base in Lewisham or Croydon – Regional and National travel required
Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 depending on experience and qualifications
The Role
A Learning and Development opportunity has arisen within Luxury Leisure Talarius who employs over 3900 colleagues throughout the UK and is demonstrating continual growth and in the Adult Gaming Centre sector.
The role is an integral part of the HR Team, reporting to the National L&D Manager. This role has considerable autonomy and involves working closely with key stakeholders to understand specific development needs and identify solutions that support strategic people and business objectives. This role will involve project management of learning initiatives; creating engaging and innovative blended learning interventions that inspire colleagues to develop; as well as coordinating and delivering management and leadership training that supports our Professional Development Programme. There will also be an expectation that you will monitor and evaluate success with a range of metrics.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is friendly, outgoing and able to take on a challenge. You will have a professional, focused approach and a can-do attitude.
You should live within close proximity to South London in line with where the office base will be and must have a Clean UK driving Licence.
This role will suit a passionate and commercially minded Learning and Development specialist with strong learning design skills and a credible record in project partnering with a range of stakeholders throughout the UK, including senior managers. You will have extensive experience in designing and facilitating a range of creative and impactful blended learning solutions to a diverse audience, and be skilled in TNA, workshop, and eLearning design.
You will demonstrate confidence, credibility, and tenacity to promote and support relevant learning and development across the business with a wide range of customers.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in delivering all elements of the training cycle for a range of learning solutions
- National Recognised L&D Qualification
- Proven ability to think and plan strategically, shape projects and deliver to agreed timelines
- Experienced in word, excel, PowerPoint
- Current driving licence
- The flexibility to travel to a range of training locations across London and the South Coast
Desirable Criteria:
- Proven track record of Learning and Development partnering within a large organisation
- Experience in designing eLearning packages
- Sales and or Gaming training experience
