Luxury Leisure High Wycombe is seeking a Supervisor to manage the venue floor and on-shift staff, and to act as manager in their absence. The role includes cash handling and banking support, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service to ensure smooth daily operations.
You will promote offers and events, provide refreshments, and handle change. There is an element of ID checking to comply with gambling regulations; this is a full-time position with flexible 5 out of 7 days.
