What You’ll Be Doing

  • Data Protection
  • Supporting the management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including logging, coordination and redaction
  • Maintaining Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
  • Monitoring data retention periods and coordinating secure deletion or archiving
  • Assisting with DPIAs, audits, breach investigations and reporting
  • Monitoring compliance trends, KPIs and regulatory updates
  • Anti-Money Laundering
    • Supporting investigations into Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and internal disclosures
    • Assisting with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
    • Maintaining AMLTF records, logs and registers
    • Monitoring AMLTF trends, KPIs and legislative changes
    • Liaising with internal teams on MLTF, Safer Gambling and Security matters
  • General & Administrative Support
    • Providing high-quality administrative and telephone support
    • Managing confidential records, databases and filing systems
    • Producing reports, presentations and meeting materials
    • Supporting internal projects and compliance-related initiatives
    • Liaising with departments, stores and head office teams to ensure training compliance and sign-off

    About You

    • An experienced administrator comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
    • Confident working across multiple systems with excellent attention to detail
    • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Data protection experience is highly advantageous
    • Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
    • Trustworthy, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information
    • A positive, “can-do” attitude with strong communication skills
