What You’ll Be Doing
- Data Protection
- Supporting the management of Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), including logging, coordination and redaction
- Maintaining Records of Processing Activities (ROPA)
- Monitoring data retention periods and coordinating secure deletion or archiving
- Assisting with DPIAs, audits, breach investigations and reporting
- Monitoring compliance trends, KPIs and regulatory updates
- Supporting investigations into Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) and internal disclosures
- Assisting with Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
- Maintaining AMLTF records, logs and registers
- Monitoring AMLTF trends, KPIs and legislative changes
- Liaising with internal teams on MLTF, Safer Gambling and Security matters
- Providing high-quality administrative and telephone support
- Managing confidential records, databases and filing systems
- Producing reports, presentations and meeting materials
- Supporting internal projects and compliance-related initiatives
- Liaising with departments, stores and head office teams to ensure training compliance and sign-off
About You
- An experienced administrator comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Confident working across multiple systems with excellent attention to detail
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Data protection experience is highly advantageous
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- Trustworthy, professional and comfortable handling sensitive information
- A positive, “can-do” attitude with strong communication skills
