Luxury Leisure is seeking a Customer Service Assistant / Supervisor to welcome guests and ensure a great experience at our venues. You will work across mornings, evenings and weekends, with set shifts and a requirement to cover 3 out of 7 days.
In addition to customer service, you will supervise the team when required, earning an enhanced rate for supervisory duties and a night‑hour uplift for hours between 11pm and 6am, while upholding Challenge 25 and gambling legislation.
