Hotel Victoria is situated in Robin Hood’s Bay, a picture postcard village with easy access to Whitby, Scarborough and the North York Moors National Park. It is an area of outstanding beauty with everything you would expect from living on the coast and making the most of the great outdoors. The Hotel offers luxury accommodation, with 30 bedrooms, destination dining experiences which include a wonderful sea view restaurant, comfortable cocktail lounge and a traditional public bar, as well as a very desirable wedding and events venue.
We are looking for a room attendant to join our friendly and close-knit team. We offer competitive hourly rates, development opportunities, free uniform, staff discounts as well as access to a unique lifestyle.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the Housekeeping team ensuring our 30 bedrooms and communal areas are presented & maintained to a high standard. This will include bedmaking, bathroom cleaning, restocking and general housekeeping duties. The shifts are generally from 10am-3pm, but do fluctuate depending on occupancy levels and demands. There is a mix of performing lone tasks, as well as social working.
Preferred Qualifications- Some experience of working in a Housekeeping/cleaning role
- Ability to work in a timely manner
