Moonfleet Manor Hotel, a distinguished hotel nestled in the heart of Jurassic coast, is currently seeking a motivated and guest focused individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Assistant.

As Food and Beverage Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, big and small! From welcoming families with genuine warmth to ensuring every dining experience is delightful, you'll embody our commitment to exceptional service. With a focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence, you'll contribute to the magic that makes Moonfleet Manor a beloved destination for families seeking joy and relaxation.

We have two permanent positions available at 15 hours per week (including weekends), with an hourly rate of £12.71, plus generous service charge and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and deliver a fantastic LFH Service: You will work together, alongside the kitchen team to deliver fantastic service to our guests.
  • Make long lasting unique memories: We welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones!
  • Ensure a safe dining experience: You will endeavour to be diligent and knowledgeable of all our menu offerings and understanding allergens to keep our guests safe.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food and beverage areas: adhering to health and safety regulations.
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
  • A positive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of our busy hotel.
