Role overview

As a Spa Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our spa facilities are pristine, organised, and welcoming.

Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute to our guests' overall relaxation experience.

This is a permanent position at 10 hours per week (working 7-9pm, 5 days a week with availability to cover weekends).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of the pool, changing rooms, treatment rooms and relaxation lounge; refill amenities such as towels, robes, slippers, shampoo, soap, and lotion and conduct regular inspections to keep the spa spotless.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies in spa areas, such as towels and toiletries.
  • Work closely with other staff members to maintain a seamless spa experience and communicate any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Support massage therapists during treatments (e. g., preparing rooms, restocking supplies).

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has

  • Attention to detail: Notice the smallest speck of dust and maintain a pristine environment. A housekeeping or cleaning background would be ideal.
  • Customer service skills: Friendly, approachable, and eager to make guests feel comfortable.
  • Organisational skills: Keep things orderly and efficient.
  • Flexibility: Willing to adapt to changing needs and work collaboratively.
  • Physical stamina: Standing, walking, and lifting as required.
