Room Attendant

Contract: Permanent Salary: £12.71 per hour plus generous service charge and great benefits

Moonfleet Manor Hotel, nestled along the picturesque Jurassic Coast, is renowned for its elegance and warm hospitality. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our brilliant team.

Room Attendant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests experience the epitome of comfort and cleanliness during their stay.

This is a permanent position, at 6 hours to work on Sundays (with flexibility to work other shifts), with an hourly rate of £12.71, plus generous service charge and great benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality room and public area cleans: work as part of the housekeeping team to ensure all assigned bedrooms and public areas are turned around and cleaned to the highest standard, including full restock of all in-room guest amenities. Conduct thorough deep cleans on occasion.
• Ensure a safe environment for our guests: maintain and check all equipment regularly and report any defects. Ensure all equipment and chemicals are used correctly as per manufacturer instructions.
• Make long lasting unique memories: welcome your charisma and personality and encourage you to create memories and relationships with our guests – especially the littlest ones.

Qualifications:

• Charisma, engaging personality, and passion for hospitality and providing great service to our guests.
• A keen eye for detail, working to tight timeframes and enjoying a physical job role.
• Ability to interact with all guests and engage with our younger guests.
• Previous experience in housekeeping desirable; full training will be given.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
