Fowey Hall Hotel, nestled on the picturesque coastline of Cornwall, is a luxury family-friendly hotel renowned for its stunning views, exceptional service, and historical charm. With a commitment to providing unforgettable experiences for our guests, we are currently seeking a dedicated and talented Spa Therapist to join our team.

Role overview: As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional spa experiences to our guests, ensuring their ultimate relaxation and well-being. This is a permanent position at 24 hours per week, with an hourly rate of £14.62 plus generous service charge and 10% commission on retail sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: You will ensure all guests are welcomed to the Spa in the LFH way, discuss all options available to them, and tailor offerings to their needs.
  • Performing Treatments: You will perform treatments within the brand guidelines and provide a relaxing and comfortable experience for all guests. You will use your knowledge to make sure guests are fully educated on the treatment they will receive and offer appropriate adaptations at the guests' request, ensuring a memorable spa experience.
  • Promoting our products: You will promote and sell our treatments and large range of products available whilst ensuring that your recommendations are suitable to the guest.
  • Collaborating with other spa team members to create a harmonious and efficient working environment.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist within either a destination Spa or within a Hotel Spa.
  • Spa UK Qualified to NVQ level 3 or ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO (or equivalent in beauty treatments and massage). Ishga training will be provided, but previous experience of Ishga is highly desirable.
  • Passion for Spa and Wellness, you will love to bring your knowledge and experience to the guests.
  • High level of attention to detail, you will be knowledgeable about health and safety procedures and take care to ensure you are providing a safe environment for guests.
