Fowey Hall Hotel is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our front of house restaurant and bar operations in Cornwall. This hands-on leadership role requires on-floor presence, team leadership and a focus on delivering a polished guest experience while driving commercial results.
You will own F&B service across all periods, manage recruitment and labour costs, and work closely with the Head Chef to ensure quality, safety and excellent guest relations.
