Luxury Executive is partnering with a globally renowned luxury real estate and hospitality group to appoint a Brand & Marketing Director — the right hand to the Chief Design & Brand Officer. This is a rare opportunity to join at a defining moment. As the Chief Design & Brand Officer steps up to lead brand vision and design strategy across the group, they are seeking an exceptional individual to own execution: translating an ambitious creative vision into flawless, consistent delivery across brand, marketing and communications. You will also play a central role supporting the launch of a new global luxury hospitality division alongside an established, world-class residential portfolio.
This role will suit a Director or VP-level brand and marketing leader from a high-end luxury house — someone ready to work shoulder-to-shoulder with a visionary leader as the delivery counterpart to the vision, making it real, commercial and impeccably executed.
The role:
- Act as trusted right hand to the Chief Design & Brand Officer, owning day-to-day execution of brand and marketing strategy
- Lead integrated marketing and communications delivery across residential and hospitality projects
- Maintain brand consistency and standards across every touchpoint — a true brand guardian
- Manage marketing and communications teams, and coordinate external agencies, designers and partners
- Develop and steward luxury brand partnerships to grow awareness, desirability and credibility
- Support brand creation and positioning for new hospitality launches
You will bring:
- A strong track record in luxury brand, marketing and communications gained within a high-end luxury house — hospitality and/or luxury real estate experience essential
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into world-class, multi-channel execution
- The instincts of a natural number two: ambitious, discreet, and energised by enabling a visionary leader
- Exceptional standards, polish and discretion — fluent in the codes of luxury and comfortable in a UHNW environment
- Strong team leadership and agency/partner management
- International outlook; additional languages an advantage
Package: Competitive base + performance bonus + benefits
