Role Office Administrator
Working pattern A shift pattern covering our daytime care rounds, 6amβ9pm. Overnight services are arranged separately.
Driving A driving licence is helpful but not essential.
DBS An enhanced DBS check is completed.
Training Induction and training on our systems.

Main responsibilities
- Answering phones and handling initial enquiries.
- Maintaining client and staff records.
- Supporting the Care Coordinator with scheduling and rotas.
- Handling invoicing and payment queries.
- Managing correspondence and filing.

What we look for
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Warm and professional on the phone.
- Comfortable with office software and care management systems.
Experience: Previous office or administration experience is valued. Experience in a care or health setting is a bonus.
