Why work for Luxuricare?
You are not a box‑ticker. Your observations feed directly into how the service is run, and the Registered Manager acts on what you report. The systems — Birdie, QCS, Lumis — give you the structure to do the job properly.
What supports you
The tools you get
Carers are usually let down by the organisation around them rather than by their own effort. These three systems exist so that does not happen here.
Birdie Care planning & digital records
Structured policies and procedures that support professional standards across everything we do.
Lumis Staff e-learning
Ongoing e-learning and staff development, so our team keeps building on what they know.
