As a Sales Team Manager at Luxtripper, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating, resourcing, and leading our Sales Team to optimise the conversion of a variety of initial sales inquiries.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, the Sales Team Manager is entrusted with achieving outstanding sales conversions through a dedicated team of Travel Specialists.
This role centers on day‑to‑day team management, ensuring efficient workload distribution, and the attainment of team KPIs.
