Join a Luxury Italian Bakery! Lux & Pro Hospitality is recruiting an experienced Head Baker with a strong Italian baking background on behalf of a privately owned luxury hospitality group in Central London.
We are looking for a passionate, creative and hands-on professional with authentic Italian bakery experience to oversee production, maintain exceptional standards and lead a successful bakery team.
What We're Looking For Essential: Proven professional experience in Italian bakeries or specialising in authentic Italian baking.
Previous experience as a Head Baker, Senior Baker or similar senior position.
Expert knowledge of traditional Italian breads, cornetti, viennoiserie and patisserie .
Strong understanding of Italian baking techniques, fermentation and dough development.
Experience in recipe development, production planning and quality control.
Knowledge of food costs, stock management, HACCP and food safety.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
A creative, hands-on and commercially minded approach.
Ability to maintain consistent quality in a busy production environment.
What We Offer £50,000–£55,000 annual salary.
Permanent, full-time position (48 hours per week).
