1 YEAR – FIXED TERM CONTRACT – ENGLAND SOUTH EAST
Your role:
Please note that this is a field-based role so you will be travelling four days a week across the South East to visit our Optician customers. You will be responsible for growing the volume and value of the Transitions Photochromic category for EssilorLuxottica.
As part of your role, you will support and collaborate with the Lenses sales team to challenge customer behaviour and maximise Transitions growth opportunities (for both Direct and Indirect customer) by delivering product training.
As part of your role, you will add value and support Eye Care Professionals irrespective of entity or purchasing channel.
Main responsibilities:
- Drivedifferentiationof theTransitionsbrand and products with all customers.
- Tomaintaina 10 – 12 week callcycle,ensuringall customers are up to date on Product and activities.
- TounderstandeachAccountscurrentperformance, knowledge and skills in sellingTransitions.
- Constructmutuallyagreeddevelopment plans witheachAccountthatresultinincreaseddispensingofTransitionsproduct.
- Toregularlyreview business performance onTransitionswitheachcustomer and Essilor commercialcolleagues,principallylensBusiness Development Managers toachievecategoryand revenuegrowth
- Useavailabletools, supportprogramsand promotions to helpECPsgrow.
- DeliverCET trainingwhenrequiredtoadvancebusinessobjectives.
- ToensurethatEssilor and competitor product knowledgeiscontinuallymaintained.
- Tomaintainaccurate customerrecordsand reports forrelevantaccounts toensurethatsales data and market activity can beanalysedaccurately, recording allrelevantinformation in salesforce.com.
- Continuallyreviewingcustomerneeds, and feedbackasappropriate.
- At all times to act as an ambassador of EssilorLuxottica and its values.

- Knowledge ofophthalmiclenstheory
- Full UK driving licence
- Dispensing optician qualification would be a great plus
