Your role:
Please note that this is a field-based role so you will be travelling four days a week across the South East to visit our Optician customers. You will be responsible for growing the volume and value of the Transitions Photochromic category for EssilorLuxottica through product presentations and trainings. As part of your role, you will support and collaborate with the Lenses sales team to challenge customer behaviour and maximise Transitions growth opportunities (for both Direct and Indirect customer) by delivering product training. You will add value and support Eye Care Professionals irrespective of entity or purchasing channel.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive differentiation of the Transitions brand and products with all customers by delivering product trainings.
- Deliver CET training when required to advance business objectives.
- Maintain a 10 - 12 week call cycle, ensuring all customers are up to date on Product and activities.
- Understand each Account's current performance, knowledge and skills in selling Transitions.
- Construct mutually agreed development plans with each Account that result in increased dispensing of Transitions product.
- Regularly review business performance on Transitions with each customer and Essilor commercial colleagues, principally lens Business Development Managers to achieve category and revenue growth.
- Use available tools, support programs and promotions to help ECPs grow.
- Ensure that Essilor and competitor product knowledge is continually maintained.
- Maintain accurate customer records and reports for relevant accounts to ensure that sales data and market activity can be analysed accurately, recording all relevant information in salesforce.com.
- Continually review customer needs, and feedback as appropriate.
- Act at all times as an ambassador of EssilorLuxottica and its values.
