What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A natural curiosity, you enjoy understanding the “why” behind the numbers.
  • Confidence working with data (Excel essential; Power BI a plus).
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of core financial concepts (e.g. P&L, forecasting, variance analysis).
