What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • A natural curiosity, you enjoy understanding the “why” behind the numbers
  • Confidence working with data (Excel essential; Power BI a plus)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Good understanding of core financial concepts (e.g. P&L, forecasting, variance analysis)
  • Proactive, driven and keen to develop in a commercial finance role
  • Ability to stay organised and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

About the Role:

This isn’t just a reporting role, it’s an opportunity to become a true commercial partner to the business. You’ll support sales performance analysis across multiple markets, tracking key metrics and identifying trends that drive decision-making. From building dashboards and analysing performance, to supporting forecasting and influencing field teams, your work will help shape how the business performs. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Area Managers and senior leaders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insight.
