Project description

We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Senior Digital Business Analyst to join our team and drive the delivery of digital wealth solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong background in banking, digital transformation, and Agile methodologies. The successful candidate will take on significant accountability, working closely with business and technology teams to shape, define, and execute digital initiatives within the Wealth Management and Private Banking space.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a senior digital BA with end-to-end ownership of business analysis activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to define and prioritize requirements for digital wealth solutions.
  • Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and functional requirements for digital platforms, particularly mobile applications.
  • Work in Agile squads, writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive gap analysis, process improvements, and digital transformation within wealth and private banking domains.
  • Ensure digital journeys are customer-centric, seamless, and aligned with best practices in mobile app development.
  • Engage with UX/UI teams, developers, testers, and product owners to refine requirements and validate implementation.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to support decision-making and optimize digital product offerings.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships, influencing and challenging business units where necessary to drive the best outcomes.

Must have

  • Banking Experience – Must-have, with a strong understanding of financial products and digital transformation in banking.
  • Mobile Apps Expertise – Hands-on experience working on mobile banking applications, defining features, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Agile Ways of Working – Strong knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience in Agile teams.
  • Wealth Management / Private Banking (Highly Desirable) – Previous exposure to digital solutions in these areas is a significant advantage.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to break down complex problems and drive actionable solutions.
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management – Able to influence, negotiate, and present ideas clearly at all levels.
