DXC Luxoft is collaborating with a prestigious OEM to deliver next‑generation ADAS Domain Controller solutions. This platform integrates AUTOSAR Classic, AUTOSAR Adaptive, and QNX into a unified system interacting with cameras, ultrasound sensors, and internal/external radars. We are seeking a HIL Engineer to design, deliver, and maintain advanced XIL test environments supporting state‑of‑the‑art automotive features.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deliver, and maintain XIL test environments ranging from single ECU to 30 ECUs in the loop.
- Implement both signal‑based and scenario‑based testing approaches.
- Deliver real‑time XIL solutions, hardware, and software to support ADAS feature testing in lab environments.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards for test and simulation (ASAM OpenX, ISO26262).
- Collaborate with OEM stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure delivery success.
- Provide expert support in diagnostics, SW update, vehicle configuration, middleware, and software architecture.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of experience developing HIL‑based embedded systems for automotive products.
- Strong knowledge of CAN and Automotive Ethernet communication protocols.
- Experience with signal mapping, PDU structures, and network communication flows.
- Hands‑on expertise with dSPACE SCALEXIO, including system concepts and end‑to‑end workflow.
- Proficiency in Configuration Desk for HIL configuration.
- Experience with dSPACE Bus Manager (bus configuration, signal routing, workflow management).
- Familiarity with Ethernet Configuration Tool (network configuration, PDU setup, workflow execution).
- Simulation of CAN and Automotive Ethernet communication in model‑based environments.
Nice to Have:
- Python scripting for automation.
- Additional experience with CAN/Ethernet simulation.
- Advanced MATLAB/Simulink modeling for dSPACE systems.
